Flying Thunder God cannot transport multiple A+ strength jutsu quickly mostly noted for Obito's Juubi tree and with little exception. Without Guiding Thunder contact or a link to chakra is needed for teleportation and thus damage will be incurred if touching offensive jutsu.

Follow the wiki and canon. Users cannot run from battle completely or help others run. Flying Thunder God is the ultimate plot device in Naruto and wasn't used by villains. It has no counter when used by solely clones in canon. Tobirama died with Flying Thunder God and when he had multiple people he could have transported. Minato died with Flying Thunder God and the Hokage didn't go on to be invincible revived. He didn't save Rin.

If wanting to learn this technique your character's soul is locked to never run away to tags outside a topic or far away. You're always looking to retain your pride and other's benefits. Consider it the passion needed to learn a highest level fuinjutsu. Contrary to what canon says about Kamui, this is the technique that will be monitored the most on the site for abuse as it's shown no real drawback. It will be disabled mid-thread if you're dodging everything as that's against the RPing spirit alone.

This technique has infinite uses. All marks require S-rank chakra to create initially, but if used on tools out of combat it requires 0 chakra to create. Large transportations take S-rank chakra cost twice. Marks created out of combat and not on tools require separate topics or forums each.
