With this technique you send yourself as a ghost fueled by chakra. Anti-demon techniques like barriers and fuinjutsu naturally counter the ghost, while chakra absorption can disperse it. In the case of a burn barrier the ghost could get melted on contact if they don't return to their body. Techniques cannot be used besides sensory like Yamanaka.
